IAHD has been hard at work shaping a bold strategic plan to ensure a strong and sustainable future as a leading provider of supports and services for people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. On December 4, 2025, we celebrated the culmination of this effort, with stakeholders gathering for an inspiring event that showcased just how far we’ve come. The room buzzed with energy as stories of success brought our four strategic goals—Partner, Align, Empower, and Build—to life. We proudly recognized the incredible people we support, along with the dedicated staff and committed partners who are at the heart of IAHD’s mission. The celebration not only honored our achievements but also ignited excitement and momentum for all that lies ahead. Together, we are building a stronger tomorrow.
