Celebrating Success at St. Mary’s December 30, 2024

In the spirit of New Year’s and making resolutions, the staff at St. Mary’s decided to reflect on the individuals’ goals set at the beginning of 2024 and progress made in achieving them throughout the year; this ultimately led to a short awards presentation led by staff to celebrate their own and each other’s development throughout the year. Each group leader acknowledged all the individuals in their group that has shown any notable growth or progress in a specific area with a certificate of achievement. While not everyone received a certificate, there were countless people at St. Mary’s whose growth over the past 12 months was recognized and commended in front of their peers.

Thank you to the dedicated staff of St. Mary’s for helping our individuals achieve their goals, and major props to Rosita for developing this idea in the first place. We hope it remains a tradition at St. Mary’s that will eventually make its way to Bainbridge and Tarrytown!
