Pictures, Yoga Poses, and the Pool July 7, 2025
IAHD took its wellness program to IAHD’s DeVito Pool with some water yoga! Our day hab programs attended their weekly yoga classes with Inner Being LLC just like the one pictured below at the pool during the peak of the summer. At this class at the beginning of July, we were lucky to have photographer Erin Borzellino document what wellness in the water looks like! Hopefully, these classes will continue over the next few years, showing just how much summer fun IAHD can have while staying cool and bettering our minds and bodies.
