A Happy Holiday Season at IAHD December 27, 2025
🔔 This year, IAHD held its annual holiday sing along at Bainbridge! Check out the sing along compilation video below or on our YouTube page, as well as the gallery of festive faces who attended.

🐧 Individuals at St. Mary’s made some holiday and winter paint prints with stencils and roller brushes. Naya even made herself a Christmas tree t-shirt!

☃️ Throughout December, both individuals and staff at all three day programs made their own light-up snow globes, which they eventually got to take home or gift to a loved one.

🎄Bainbridge, St. Mary’s, and Tarrytown day programs saw green when the Grinch stopped by with some of their light-hearted shenanigans!

🎁 For the second year in a row, the IAHD Champions participated in USPS Operation Santa, where they chose letters written by individuals or families and fulfilled as much of their wish list as possible! The group then wrapped the presents so they were ready to be boxed up and shipped out to the sibling pair they decided to ‘adopt’.

🍪 The IAHD Cabinet hosted lunches for the staff at all three day programs.
While they didn’t look exactly like Richie in the photo on the right, the Cabinet also delivered cookies, made by Sleepy Coffee Too, for the staff at our residences as a small token of appreciation this holiday season.

🎅 Santa took time out of his very busy schedule to make brief stops at both Bainbridge and Tarrytown programs. Thank you to the Harrison Police Department for generously providing individuals at Tarrytown with some early Christmas gifts!

🌟 The week before Christmas, everyone at our day programs showed off their ugliest holiday sweaters on one day and their coziest pajamas on the next!

🎀 Both Bainbridge and St. Mary’s made gingerbread houses, either individually or in a small group. You can see in the photos below that Bainbridge actually turned all their houses into a gingerbread village!

❄️ Each of our residences had their own special ways to celebrate the holidays, some of which you can see in the galleries below!

We hope everyone had a great holiday season, and we can’t wait for what 2026 holds for the IAHD community!
