Touring Croton for a Cause 🏠 February 25, 2025

IAHD’s Croton-on-Hudson residence had the honor of hosting Mayor Brian Pugh and Deputy Mayor Len Simon to advocate for organizations like IAHD and the critical needs we must have met to improve the lives of both the individuals we support and staff. This house visit allowed these legislators to see the homey environment created by IAHD– specifically manager Lovenda, assistant manager Deborah, and the rest of the Croton team– and get to know the people at the heart of this issue and advocacy work. IAHD is extremely grateful that Mayor Pugh and Deputy Mayor Simon took the time to visit this home, speak to our staff and individuals, and envision how bright the future may look with this level of legislative support!
