Healthy Habits 🧑‍🍳💃 January 16, 2025

IAHD’s Bainbridge day program has added some exciting new programming, courtesy of Chef Jennifer, AKA Chef Lioness. Twice a week, Chef Jennifer comes to Bainbridge for a healthy cooking class and an energetic Zumba session.

Cooking has been extremely engaging for both staff and our individuals. Together, Chef Jennifer has taught the Bainbridge participants how to make meals like chicken quesadillas, sugar cookies, strawberry smoothies, and French toast! Check out some pictures and videos from the cooking classes below.

Chef Jennifer has been able to get many of the individuals to break a sweat during their Zumba dance therapy sessions! As you can see in the videos below, everyone who participated at Bainbridge was really grooving to the music!
