A Grand Slam Summer August 29, 2025

This summer at IAHD was packed with all things baseball! Check out all the fun our programs and residences had below:

⚾ Some of our residences kicked off the summer by attending a Mets game at Citi Field!

🌭 Some individuals from our day programs spent Thursdays with the Miracle League of Westchester who hosts inclusive programs for people with disabilities to play baseball against one another. Go Team IAHD!

🧢 Individuals from our IAHD programs attend a Rockland Boulders minor league baseball game every summer. This year, on July 22nd, they watched the Boulders beat the Sussex County Miners with a score of 8 to 6!

🏟️ At the beginning of August, more of our individuals were able to attend a home Mets game!
