Position: QMRP (Anne arcuri)
Reports to: Director of Residential Services
Hours of Work: 40 Hours Per Week

Major Functions:

  1. Able to positively and professionally interact with all
    stakeholders particularly parents and advocates
  2. Develop all CFA, needs list, strength list for up to 26
    consumers
  3. Chair and Write meeting minutes
  4. Teach and train staff in active treatment, normalization,
    human growth and development
  5. Design methodologies habilitation plan and interventions
    that are clinically sound and easy to carry out.
  6. Interface with all clinicians and coordinate their
    activities
  7. Provide direct supervision in the absence of management

Educational Requirements:

  1. A Bachelors Degree in social science, psychology, speech,
    sociology, human services from an Accredited College or University
  2. And a minimum of one year experience with people
    developmental disability.

Desired Skills:

  1. Have a working knowledge of the basic theory and principle
    of social work, with special skill in social casework. He/she should be
    abreast of new trends and developments within the field and have the
    capacity to apply these to practical situations
  2. Open to supervision and learning
  3. Expected to have working knowledge of the governing regulations within six months
  4. Excellent verbal and written skills
  5. Ability to work under pressure
  6. High energy and the willingness to work as a team player
  7. Require to be a generalist
