Position: QMRP (Anne arcuri)
Reports to: Director of Residential Services
Hours of Work: 40 Hours Per Week
Major Functions:
- Able to positively and professionally interact with all
stakeholders particularly parents and advocates - Develop all CFA, needs list, strength list for up to 26
consumers - Chair and Write meeting minutes
- Teach and train staff in active treatment, normalization,
human growth and development - Design methodologies habilitation plan and interventions
that are clinically sound and easy to carry out. - Interface with all clinicians and coordinate their
activities - Provide direct supervision in the absence of management
Educational Requirements:
- A Bachelors Degree in social science, psychology, speech,
sociology, human services from an Accredited College or University - And a minimum of one year experience with people
developmental disability.
Desired Skills:
- Have a working knowledge of the basic theory and principle
of social work, with special skill in social casework. He/she should be
abreast of new trends and developments within the field and have the
capacity to apply these to practical situations - Open to supervision and learning
- Expected to have working knowledge of the governing regulations within six months
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- High energy and the willingness to work as a team player
- Require to be a generalist
