Asst. Program Administrator
Position: Asst. Program Administrator
Hours of Work: Monday – Friday as Needed
General Duties:
- RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OVERALL SAFTEY AND WELL BEING OF ALL CONSUMERS IN PROGRAM.
- MUST ENSURE THAT THERE IS A ADEQUATE PROTECTION OF EACH CONSUMER’S HEALTH , SAFETY , COMFORT AND WELL-BEING
- RESPONSIBLE FOR THE EFFECTIVEAND CONTINUOUS DIRECTIONS AND DAY-TO-DAY CONTROL OF THE PROGRAM AND THE QUANTITY OF SERVICES DELIVERED.
- RESPONSIBLE FOR HIRING, DEVELOPEING, SUPERVISING AND TRAINING STAFF.
- MUST ENSURE THAT DAY- TO- DAY PROCEDURES AND PRACTICES ARE IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE AGENCY’S POLICY AND THAT THE PROGRAM IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL REGULATUION.
Educational Requirements:
- MASTERS WITH 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE OR
- BA IN HUMAN SERVICE FIELD WITH 7 YEARS EXPERIENCE
- MUST HAVE 1 YEAR OF ADMINISTRATIVE EXPERIENCE
